Paper-based GRE General Test

Hello everybody,

I would like to take the paper-based version of the test, but this option is only offered at a very small number of test centers in the US. I'm trying to register online, but for that I need to know the test center number in advance (there is no drop-down menu to choose from). So I'm trying to find someone who knows the number, name or address of a test center ANYWHERE in the US that still administers the paper-based version of the GRE general test.
