Hello, my name is Constantine, I'm going to participate The Fulbright program (Graduate Student), so now I'm looking universities where apply to, for International Relations masters, my GPA is 3.6, but it's overall GPA. So, I'm looking for program that concentrates on International conflicts. So I've seen ''Inside the Ivory Tower'' ranking, and I've choose Johns Hopkins University and UChicago. But I can choose 3 more universities.

Work experience: just started to work in non-governmental organization. Is volunteer work considered as experience,I'm working in organization that helping injured and crippled soldiers. Please, help me to choose.

What do you want to do after your degree? It looks like there's quite a divide between programs with many focusing on policy/practical issues in a way that the more 'academic' MAs won't. Knowing what you hope to do in the future will make it easier to narrow down your options :)

I want to get a job in UN, or another intergovernmental organization, I want to focus on Russia and post-Soviet countries.

Kostya (if I may),

You might want to take a loot at Georgetown. The best school in international relations (as far rankings go). Plus, Angela Stent is a pretty famous academic in the area. And department overall looks pretty good (The Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies (CERES).

Hope this helps.
