masters in I/O psychology

Hello,

I have completed my under graduation in psychology from India and I plan to study I/O psychology from the states or Canada.I was hoping can anyone tell me about the jobs prospects after completing my graduation, being an international student?

Also is a PHD. absolutely necessary to get a job?
