ME or MS Biomedical Engineering - Affordable online program?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for suggestions for schools for completing an ONLINE Biomedical Engineering program (ME or MS)  in under 2 years, with a total <$25,000 (preferably at $20,000).

 

I am working full time and in my current circumstances, it matters more just receiving that MS degree relatively quickly and through an affordable program rather than having the name of a top notch school in my resume.

 

I live in US but I am open to schools in Europe/Australia...anywhere in the world.
