I'm 42, and don't want to waste any more time getting an MBA.  CU-Denver requires a minimum score of 500 to be admitted.  I scored really low on my initial mock GMAT, and was discouraged so looked at other schools.  Regis offers admission via just an essay, which looked alluring, until two people from two separate graduate programs told me that they only wrote papers while attending classes at Regis.  One person remarked that the teachers were out of touch and offered no real value in their classes.  I'm considering putting my determination into getting a 500 on the GMAT and applying at CU-Denver.

Thoughts on the two schools?  Thanks.
