Mph from university of edinburgh vs sheffield

Hello everyone.iam in dilemma because of this situation.iam an international applicant,dentist by profession and have been accepted for MPH at both these universities.though i personally want to go to sheffield because i've heard their course is good and also some students who performed really well were given opportunity to start their phd which was funded.moreover they offer placements for dissertation which i found really interesting and have a little knowledge about how the course is going to be conducted but am totally in dark regarding the same for edinburgh.the only reason iam wanting to go there is because they're ranked higher than sheffield.can someone please help me with this?thank you
