Just starting...MS in Business analytics, MS in applied stats or MBA??

Hey all. I got my bachelor's degree in Mathematics and graduated May 14. I have worked a full year in my first job in business analytics & intelligence in the pharmaceutical industry. It's a great first job. The company may be willing to help pay for a masters degree that I'd do online while working full time. Obviously a business analytics degree really relates to my current job. I'm not leaning toward an MBA...not exactly sure why. Just seems very common and I'd like to get a masters that can make me stand out in the company more. Applied stats would definitely go with my math degree but not sure how much I'd use it for this current job.

Basically, I'm trying to decide which of these three would pay off the most in the end. Which ones (if any) are more impressive? Which ones will help me grow and become more indispensable to someone in my current position or an employee in general. Thanks so much!!
