M.Sc Decision: Masters in petroleum engineering

Hello, I am an international student with bsc in chemical engineering. I got admitted into the masters petroleum programs of university of houston and missouri university of science and technology. I however need help selecting. i know that houston is a better location while mst is better ranked and ABET certified. pls assist
