rohit_koc018 Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Woven baskets characterized by a particular distinctive pattern have previously been found only in the immediate vicinity of the prehistoric village of Palea and therefore were believed to have been made only by the Palean people. Recently, however, archaeologists discovered such a "Palean" basket in Lithos, an ancient village across the Brim River from Palea. The Brim River is very deep and broad, and so the ancient Paleans could have crossed it only by boat, and no Palean boats have been found. Thus it follows that the so-called Palean baskets were not uniquely Palean. Write a response in which you discuss what specific evidence is needed to evaluate the argument and explain how the evidence would weaken or strengthen the argument. there is absolutely no way in which we can get the so called palean basket in modern days. according to the paragraph there is only one point supporting the contradiction to above. that is the palean baskets in seem to be found in palea but who saw it . it may be a rumor. or it may be a myth like rama's stones being found in underwater of indian ocean which of course is also a myth moreover, there is no garantee that palean basket being found in lithos.the rumor is also said to be found in or around palea which again brings us to the basket being not found so it makes it clear that palean basket are pure palean i.e it cannot be present in modern world. there are always differences in ages for example iceage creatures are not present in dinosaur which are indeed not present in human age and again within dinosaur age terradoctyl age is is different from t-rex ruling age.similarly in human age- stone age to modern era- now are so humans can have difference between there own age including age difference between age where palean baskets are present and when they are different. from the above there are high proves that palean baskets are not present in modern age.
