working in the lab I want to apply for

I'm international and I've been working in a lab for a year now. I took three courses ( two grad level one undergrad with one prof) and got A in all of them.

This year I want to apply for this university and the Prof with whom I work told me that she'll write me a recommendation.

 

My Toefl is 102 and GRE is Q 165 V 150. I have one conference paper (not the fist author) from my BS thesis. 

Since this is an Ivy league school I'm so worried about my application for PhD. ( I don't have a master degree but for funding issues I want to apply for PhD)

 

what else can I do in the remaining time? Should I start working with another Prof? Will that affect my current advisor idea about me?

I don't want to behave like I'm too focused on application rather than research. even if my chance is little I want to try and do what I can do.
