Advice on graduate program for an EE looking to go into Biomedical Engineering -- specifically Neural Prosthetic

I'm a senior Electrical Engineering student and I'm planning on going to graduate school for Biomedical Engineering. Specifically, I want to focus on Neural Prosthetics. I'm having difficulty finding a program that offers this combination. Can anyone offer advice on potential schools / programs to look at?
