amo87 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Hi guys,I'm aiming for some of the top clinical programs (UCLA, Berkeley, USC) and recently got my GRE scores. I did well on the Verbal and Quant (165/165) but not as well on the AW (4.0). I'm having trouble deciding what to do. Would a 4.0 AW seriously hinder my chances at these schools? Thanks
Ben414 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 No, you'll be fine. Just realize that the GRE is used mostly as a cutoff for top clinical psych programs, so it will mostly come down to your research/publication experience and fit. bsack 1
clinicalapplicant Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 You're fine. My Quant was significantly lower and I got into a great clinical program.
