Chemissst Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 Hello everyone!I just took the General GRE Test earlier today and scored V158 and Q159, I realize that this somehow might be acceptable depending on the strength of the other aspects of my application, but I am not confident that this score will get me anywhere since I don't know anyone who applied to schools in the US or in Europe (particularly both technical schools in Switzerland, ETH and EFPL that I am planning to apply to). Should I retake the test?
Omar92 Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Maybe. It is not particularly impressive. Can you compensate for that score (like acads, GPA, publications...)?
AkashSky Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 It really depends on how many years or research you have, your GPA, and how good your letters of rec will be. If you are strong in those regards I would say don't retake.
