Hello folks.

This is my first post in the forum, so kindly pardon me if this is in the wrong section. Anyway, I'm in my final year of undergrad from a college in India, majoring in Electronics and Communication. I want to pursue an MS with a focus on Nano-electronics/Nanodevices. I've been doing quite a lot of research but I can't decide between a few schools. Anyway, after a lot of research and thanks to this link , I am applying to the following schools:

  1. SUNY CNSE, Albany.
  2. UMass, Amherst
  3. Purdue
  4. Wisconsin Madison
  5. UC San Diego
  6. UMinn, Twin Cities
  7. ASU, Tempe.

USC
Georgia Tech
UCLA
UMCP

Now, I'm planning to apply to 8-9, and I cant pick among the last 4. So, any advice here would be extremely appreciated. Funding is a concern, and I can't afford anything more that 35k tuition per year.
