B.Tech from NIT-Surat( 2013 passout) - CGPA 8.01/10
GRE- 309 Q:161 V: 148 AWA: 3.0
TOEFL - 90
1 Research publication published at IJCA on Security
2+ Experience at Kony Inc.
1 research internship + 1 research project on security
I have interest in computer security so I am applying to universities those have done research on security.
My list of universities are:
1) NYU Polytechnic
2) University of California- Irvine
3) Rochester Institute of technology
4) Arizona State University
5) Indiana University Bloomington
6) Carnegie Mellon University -Information Networking Institute
7) Syracuse University
8) New Jersey Institute of Technology
9) University of Illinois Chicago
10) Stony brook university

Some of the above universities have both MS programs for both CS and security should I apply both or only one? and also which is preferable?


Please suggest if there are any more universities. I also really like to know if there are scholarships available
