Samsmomo Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 When starting an application, do most of the schools allow you to come back and keep adding materials to the application? I guess what I am wondering is if it is possible to start the application and designate your LOR writers before submitting your SOP. Professors are asking for the links to submit the LOR but the SOP isn't ready yet. I went through all the info on the University of Colorado at Boulder website and couldn't quite find the answer. Anyone have any experience with this?
Jolie717 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 For Boulder you have to submit the whole app before they notify the LOR writers. Most other schools are not like this...
slporbust2016 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 If it's a CSDCAS school--yes. You can specify LOR writers as soon as you start an application.

It's not a CSDCAS unfortunately - Boulder does require you submit everything first, including SOP. I know this as I have started the app process already.
Samsmomo Posted December 11, 2015 Author Posted December 11, 2015 Thank you! Guess the SOP will just have to go as is.
