Invitation to Department Open House: For selected applicants or all applicants?

I received an email from UNC- Chapel Hill inviting me to the ESE departmental open house January 29. I'm not sure if I should be excited or not. I have heard of getting invited to an interview weekend, but the email does not mention an interview.

Does this indicate anything for my chances of admission?

Here is the email:

"Dear Applicants,
I'd like to invite you to our departmental Open House on January 29.  We do realize that if you are applying from overseas you are unlikely to be able to make it, but we hope that we will be able to at least live stream the group session (and you should feel free to reach out to faculty regarding your application).
The schedule for the day has not been determined, but in the past we have held a group session hosted by Dr. Aitken and other faculty, opportunities for individuals to meet with faculty and research groups, a departmental tour, lunch, and a student reception.
1. Please RSVP to me if you intend to make it on the 29th.
2. If you would be interested in staying with a student host (this minimizes your costs and gives you an important perspective on the department), please respond to me (strictly) BY January 15 with the following information:
- Which faculty you are interested in working with and
- Your travel plans, if known.
Of course, if you can arrange your own accommodation that is fine, too.
Finally, if you cannot make it then you are welcome to visit at another time.  The Gillings School of Global Public Health will hold an Open House, aimed at admitted students, in March.
Best wishes for the holiday season. Please let me know if you have any questions, but I will be on holiday from tomorrow through Jan 4."
