Being asked for TOEFL despite of being student for three years in a English school!!!

Hi folks,

I have applied for a set of schools in US. I have studied three years in some school with English as its first/instruction language. Accordingly, I didn't write a new TOEFL exam and sent them (as something extra) the old one which was for 2013. Now, they've told me that my application will not be considered since my (old) grade is below the minimum requirement. What is your suggestion?

Depends on the admission criteria. Some schools only accept exceptions if the school is located in an English speaking country etc. Make sure you clarify whether they need TOEFL scores from you and ask them to drop it from your file if not.
