Need help listing Unis to apply

Would you guys please be able to list a few colleges where I have some chances of getting an admission, some safe and some where it might be possible to get scholarship as money is a little tight.

I am looking for Masters in Computer Science. Preferably in Canada but will consider US too.

GRE - 315, Q161 V154
TOEFL - 112, Indian national
Bachelors - Majors in Electronics and Comm, minor in Nano-Tech, from a reputed college (Top 10 in country)
CGPA - My college gives percentage, 58% (low, I know)
Extra curricular - Medium in computer-related, won national award by Microsoft
