Need Suggestion

Hi.

My brief profile is as follows

1.Major : Electronics Engineering.

2.Undergrad GPA : 3.4 ( from a state College in INDIA, reputation just mediocre).Class rank 11th/120students totally

3.Research Experience: Nothing much apart from several projects related to Microcontroller,VLSI

4.No publications, no conference talks.

5.Work Exp:Been working as a lecturer in an engineering college since 6 months.

6.GRE: 720(Q) 460(V) 3.5(W)

7.TOEFL :102

I`m applying for Master of Science Computer Engineering and want to specialise in Mixed Signal/Digital VLSI.

I need you guys suggestion on choosing the right university with a good reputation and research in the field.If possible tell me the universities that suit my profile.
