jdmer
After submitting most applications I was notified that I was accepted to present a poster and a datablitz talk. There were a couple of schools that provide a way to update your CV online, but most don't. Would it be appropriate to email admissions contacts at the other schools and ask if a new CV could be associated with my application?
Applicant 1746
Yes, I think that's totally appropriate! You could say that you wanted to send the admissions office an update on your projects/accomplishments and attach the new CV (as a way to highlight the changes). On a related note, I have a publication under review and should it get accepted in the coming month or so, I would definitely plan to write my schools and let them know. homonculus
Related question: Since submitting my applications I was invited to revise and resubmit a paper to an undergrad journal, and I've completed the revisions and resubmitted. I had it on my CV as submitted for initial review, but would it be appropriate to send my update to the admissions office? I also had a couple presentations accepted (they were also on as submitted), if that makes a difference.
