Updating Transcripts with Conferred Status

Hi, I have a quick question about updating transcripts.  I have recently sent a new transcript with my updated Fall 2015 grades to all the schools I am applying for.  Recently, I got an emailing from my undergraduate school stating that my unofficial transcript will include the notation of my degree and that I will be notified in 3-4 weeks on my diploma.  My school has an option to send transcripts 30 days after the conferred date.  Should I choose that option?  Would it be ok even if my schools' deadlines will pass?

They mean your Spring 2016 grades. You should just send it with only your Fall 2015, and maybe they'll request your Spring 2016 after you've been admitted.
