Can I get a job after finishing a 2 years post baccalureate degree certificate program in USA?

I did major in architecture, but would like to change to CS. So I'm suggested to do a 2 years post-bac before applying to MS in CS, which is 45 credit and of 2 years. Does anybody have this experience?

I want to do before MS to gain some experience and to save some money for it. I'm an international student.
