How do I find groups for electronics grad students ?

Hi, 

iam applying soon to PhD, and i want to know who is applying with me in the same field, just to motivate myself to compete. 

so, is there any other groups for admission in electrical or electronics post-grad ? especially Indian groups

I'm also applying for a PhD in EE, with a focus on VLSI and mixed-signal circuit design. I am not aware of a group focusing on electronics here to be frank.
