ab3108 Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Well i have applied for PhD in Chemical Engineering. Washington State University. While applying in their program, they mentioned that the Test score that hey require is TOEFL or IELTS and no GRE. I even contacted the the Graduate Coordinator and she also clarified that no GRE score is required. But still I am having a doubt is that whether they really require GRE when they interview the candidate or may be during the decision making process? Please Help. https://gradschool.wsu.edu/degrees/factsheet/1313/
emmm Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 If they say they don't require it, I would believe them. However, if you think your scores would help your application, there's nothing saying you CAN'T send them. If they don't want to look at them, they don't have to...
ab3108 Posted February 3, 2016 Author Posted February 3, 2016 Actually my score is not good so I would be super happy if they don't take my score for admission criteria. I just wanted to know whether they ask for it later.
