Will the "Your Application Status" in Berkeley EECS MEng application webpage change?

Hi all,

Just wondering if "Your Application Status" on the application page will ever change from submitted to something like "in review"? I have mine still displayed as "submitted". Today I just find out someone got the interview from the result page, so they definitely started reviewing. 

What happened is when I apply, I faces some difficulty when I pay. In the end I uploaded everything and payed but I didn't have time to press the submit button. (few seconds short..) After explanation they kindly accepted my application.  I don't know if this will make me some sort of a second class applicant. Or even worse they won't review my application at all.

I know, looks like needlessly panicking. But isn't this kind of stuff typical in "waiting it out" phase :P?

I was interviewed but the status is still submitted. Guess they won't change the status until the final decision is made.

I was admitted to a different Berkeley masters program a week and a half ago and it still says "Submitted."  They said the header will change to "Recommended to Admit" sometime next week.  All that's to say you'll probably hear directly from the department before seeing a change in the portal status.
