Hyloflax Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Hi ppl. I have unfunded MS admits from Purdue as well as TAMU for spring '10 term. I wish to concentrate in the area of analog circuit design but am also keen on exploring device physics. From what I've gathered, TAMU is exceptional for its course offering related to analog design but on the contrary Purdue is good for devices & nano but there is still scope for doing some analog design in the latter. I have almost no info on aid chances from the two. Only that securing a Math TA by 2nd semester should be possible at Purdue. So what do you ppl think is the best way ahead for me? I'm paying attention to the following - Location (IMO - Texas for EE jobs & also weather I suppose) - Reputation of the program (IMO - both seem to be at the same level) - Funding feasibility atleast by 2nd sem (IMO - Purdue but slightly unsure) - Tuition (IMO - TAMU beats Purdue hands down) I would appreciate your views on this as well as any other important factors I might have given a miss. Thanks...
Hyloflax Posted November 17, 2009 Author Posted November 17, 2009 Is there no one here from Purdue or TAMU ECE?
