How to write a draft of recommendation for yourself?

Hello, has anyone experienced this? A reference asks me to give her a draft of recommendation. How do I write the draft like a prof? Any idea?

The reason why she's asking is that she's actually my language instructor, not a prof per se. I have left school for many years so she's the next best person to ask except an employer. It's a long shot but I'm trying.
