Anthropology at Brown

Hi, everyone! I am interested in Medical Anthropology. I noticed Brown has a good handful of professors who specialize in this area.

Would anyone be able to give me feed back on their program? Moreover, if you were accepted, would you please share your application process/statement of interest/credentials?

I was accepted in the past for a medical anthropology project, but chose to go elsewhere -- I'd be happy to PM with you about my application/admission experience.

I would recommend contacting current graduate students directly -- they are usually listed on the Department website, with research interests. You might start specifically with Med Anthro folks. Tell them your research interests and ask if they know anyone else you could talk to about Brown's program (faculty, fellow grad students, etc).
