Columbia GSAPP or UMD MHP/MCP?

Hey y'all. First post. I was accepted to both Columbia GSAPP Dual MHP/MUP and the University of Maryland MHP/MCP programs, both with equal amounts of funding to defray the majority of my expenses. Really having a hard time deciding between the two since cost isn't a factor. I would be happy in NYC or around DC. Any guidance (job placement, internships, faculty, overall experience) from current or former students would be a huge help to me. I know posts like get must get frustrating and repetitive but I would appreciate any advice you may have.
