Hello everyone there..

I live in Waxhaw, NC and I am applying for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in South Carolina and among the requirements for the license it needs a Notarised supervisory agreement form and On-The-Job training (OJT) plan.  I am not working currently and I'm not sure how I can have a supervisor who can sign my agreement form . How do I look for a supervisor and what's the protocol? I've read the South Carolna board's webpage about it but its still not clear on few things. Please help... I'm confused...
thanks!!
