Transcript timing question

I found out that the transcript that my school sent to all the schools on my list wasn't fully updated--it's very strange that this happened, but somehow it did. (i'm currently a senior) If I resend the transcripts, do you think the schools will take the most recent copies that they receive, or is it too late? Has anyone had experience with transcript issues willing to share advice? It's not a huge disaster, but I want them to have the version with that is updated in terms of my degree progress etc. Thanks!
