hyperion9 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 (edited) Hello everyone! I am an architect from Pakistan and this year I was awarded the DAAD post-graduate scholarship for an M.Sc in Infrastructure Planning at University of Stuttgart. My wife, who is also an architect (and my undergrad classmate), also got admitted in the same course and we are both planning on studying together in Germany. We are about to start scanning for accommodation well in advance and any word of advice would be greatly appreciated. We’d be able to spare around about 350 EUR per month for rent, and would prefer to rent a single-room flat with small kitchenette and an attached bathroom. I know that finding a single flat in Stuttgart city center will not be easy and that we must look into suburbs. Would places such as Ludwigsburg be a decent choice provided that the bus/train station is in walking distance of the apartment? Basically any advice and tips regarding accommodation would be a tremendous help. Thank you! Edited April 15, 2016 by rising_star to change topic title
