fred987 Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 as i previously posted i recently took the GRE and I was very ill-prepared. I managed to score (what i thought) was a 550 V and 570 Q. I was not too concerned about the over score being low because all i needed was a 550 V for a scholarship and because the average for the school i am applying to is only 75 pts higher. However, i recently received my scores through the mail and i must've been influenced by wishful thinking because i actually got a 500 (62%) V, not 570 (41%). And my Analytical was 4.5 (63%). The other school i'm applying to does not require a GRE, and that program is my major concern. Should i retake in december? will this affect my application since perhaps the scores won't reach the university in time for the deadline? any help is appreciated, thanks
