Helo, i am a 3rd year medical student in lebanon, currently doing rotations in saint george hospital in beirut. The university i am in is UOB which is an accredited by Aquin. However medicine has not been what i wanted in life, i have always been interested in the field of evolutionary biology. My goal is to aquire the medical degree (which is next year) and apply for a phd program in evolutionary biology. I need some guidance and tips about how feasible this is, whether i waisted my time getting the M.D., whether the degree would help me get accepted to a good phd program.
