Help picking the right program

Hello! I am about to start my junior year as a chemistry and applied mathematics double major at Northern Illinois University. I currently have a 3.4 GPA and I am already starting to freak out about graduate schools. I have already had a semester of research under my belt dealing with metal organic frameworks. Being from Illinois, there are plenty of great universities near by that have great graduate programs. I am currently looking into University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Chicago, and Northwestern. However, I am worried that I won't have the proper credentials to get into these schools.

But, I have always wanted to go to Georgetown University in Washington DC. I don't know a whole lot about their program or whether they have a decent program. I am worried that the idea of living the city I have dreamed of living in will cloud my judgement of picking the best graduate school that accepts me.

Please help advise as to whether which school(s) would be the better option, and whether or not that you believe that I would possibly be accepted to these schools. HELP!
