scooter12 Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Has anyone heard anything about the 2016 STAR Fellowship? There are a couple of mentions of it on the EPA website, but nothing concrete that I was able to find. I know they have a short window where they allow applications, and some years they don't even offer the fellowship. Anyone got any thoughts on it?
