SOPHAS- LORs

Hi everybody,

I am a prospective MPH student and planning to apply for 5 or more programs, all using SOPHAS application. so I am wondering about how many times my references should complete e-format for letter of recommendation? is it just 1 time per reference for all 5 applications or more?
