Hello everyone!

I've finished a few drafts for my SOP/PS and I'm wondering if any of you would be kind enough to critique and give me constructive feedback? I'll be applying to education programs, specifically Higher Education ~and~ Educational Leadership (with emphasis on Student Affairs, Diversity/Social Justice, or Student Access and Success).
