I'm applying to history PhD programs. I scored 162V (90th), 152Q (47th), and 5AW (93rd). Will my low quant score hurt my application, or do you think it will be largely ignored because of the field I am applying to?

It depends on the cut-off for the program you're applying to.  Low quant scores for a non-math oriented typically shouldn't be a problem.  But for any funded program, they generally want to see higher quant and verbal scores regardless.  Easy for Adcoms to discard your application if you don't have above a certain percentile.
