Work Experience Inputs in Application: Recopy Resume?

Hey Ya'll,

Some applications require you to input your work experience AND upload a resume. It's kind of annoying. I simply don't get why but anyways, on the sections in the apps where they are asking for work experience inputed with the individual text boxes, are ya'll simply recopying your resume into there? Also, should I include internships as well or only paid work experience? Should I enter non-relevant work experience? Sorry for the annoying questions, its crunch time and I am trying to prioritize. Thanks in advance!
