Profile Evaluation for MS Software Engg

Hi All,

I'm a 31 year old who would like to go back to school and study Software Engineering. I have 10 years of experience in the IT industry. My experience is a mix of Development and Application Administration. I took the GRE and received a score of 316 ( Q-156 V-160 AWA - 4.0 ). I'm planning to apply to University of Southern California Viterbi and ASU. Can someone please advise me on my chances of getting an admit from these universities. I'm also in a dilemma whether I should retake the GRE and get my quant score up? Thank you in advance..
