UCLA chemical engineering graduate program personal history statement?

I noticed that some graduate programs in UCLA don't require personal history statement, but some graduate programs at UCLA do require personal history statement. For chemical engineering I was wondering if I needed to also write a personal history statement in addition to SOP.

I suggest contacting the graduate programme coordinator and checking - they're usually very helpful and tend to respond quickly in most places.
