Admission Question

I am applying to UT-Austin for masters in developmental psychology and I just saw this notification on my portal. 

Attention: Your file has been forwarded to the Graduate Committee for review.

Does anyone know what this means as in is it a good sign? Does anyone also know when the decisions will be made?

I *think* this is just a standard "we've received all your materials and are now reviewing them" message, which wouldn't indicate a decision in either direction

That's pretty standard, as JacobW83 stated. It just means you have a complete application and so it's going to be reviewed.
