I am applying for Master of Science in Electrical engineering. I wonder if someone can review my Statement of Intent. It has to have approximately 300 words. I will appreciate suggestions and critique. Thank you.

I deleted the google link but I will be happy to PM anyone who want to proofread it. I don't have issues with grammar more with a flow. It's very short one so I want to make sure I was able to full express myself as much as possible. Thanks anyone who is willing to read my SOP.
