annedev Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Hi everyone, I hope (one of) you can help me! Does anyone know a good experimental (laboratory) 'anger-provocation-test', to measure differences in anger and/or aggression, for (emotion) psychology research purposes? I have two groups of participants, one group takes a certain food, and the other group gets a placebo (single blind-study), and I want to measure the effect of this product on anger and/or aggression. Therefore, I want to administer a test, about half an hour after intake. I could use the Modified Taylor Competitive Reaction Time Test. However, I read that the validity of this test is doubtful. Does anyone know a better (and hopefully easy to administer) test? Thank you in advance for your replies. Kind regards, Anne
