Samanthaelicooke Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Hi! I was recently accepted into a few online creative writing MFA programs. After really thinking about it, I decided an online program was not the best fit for me. I live in NYC, and saw that New School was accepting applications on a "case by case basis" even though it was after application deadline. I spoke with the program director and admissions specialists and explained my situation, and they told me to go ahead and apply. Has this happened to anyone? What were your admissions results? I'm worried that Since they get a good amount of applications, they will be less likely to accept me even if my application and samples were good enough. Thoughts?
