Does anyone know if the Courtauld Institute sends out official offers via email or post?

Hi! I got mine via email.

How soon after your interview did you get it?  I had my interview three weeks ago, the professor specifically told me that she would like to offer me a place and that the "next step would be sending a formal offer" - I have yet to receive one.  Am getting anxious.
