Purdue The Strange

I submitted the application to ME program at Purdue last Dec, and received an email from the program saying "your application is complete now" on Dec. 16. However, when I checked my application status on applyyourself yesterday, I found that the status was "unsubmitted"... One LoR is missing, no SoP, no CV. I asked my referee and he said the RoL was submitted online in last Nov...

I am really confusing. If my application has never been submitted, how can I receive the confirmation letter?

Anyone has similar experiences?

I applied to Purdue's ME program as well. ApplyYourself still says I'm missing my transcript, but I've gotten e-mails confirming that my application is complete. They probably just don't update the website after the application has been received. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you Golgotha! How can we know our status then? Since ApplyYourself is the only website we can check our status.

You can e-mail the grad ME department directly and ask about your status. Unless they're in the process of reviewing applications they may be able to help you out. But if you got the e-mail saying your application is complete, then you should be good to go.
