Does everyone get called the same day?

Okay, so I had an interview this past Thursday. Today, I heard from two of my fellow invitees - one got an offer, the other a waitlist. Both via phone, both from the DCT.

Meanwhile, my phone was silent. What do we make of this? Definite no?

I mean, the list of accepted and waitlisted can't be that long - wouldn't these all happen the same day?

If you look through the results list, you'll see that even for the same department in the same university, acceptances are not always sent out on the same day.

Thanks for the positivity - I definitely need it. I have another interview at 8am tomorrow. I'm trying REAL hard not to let this possible setback influence my vibe for tomorrow.

Seriously, and this is my second year putting myself through this. Just be glad you're not a med student who applies in September and doesn't hear back till May. Good luck on your interview tomorrow!
